My father worked as a security guard in UMC, which is an emergency center here in Las Vegas. So, like, the only trauma center that's closest to the Strip. So he called me in a panic and was like, "What are you doing?" I was like, "I'm sleeping, man. What's going on?" And then I go— I actually started looking at my phone and I see the news feed, and I'm like, "What the hell is going on?" I don't know. It's just a lot, and it's just a lot to take in, because it's, like, something that happened so close, you know? You know what they say? Guns don't kill people. People kill people.

I feel like it's true, honestly, in my opinion. I mean, guns, weapons have always been there from the beginning of time. It's just the people that are using these weapons is what it really comes down to.
